Information services to supoort farmer activities and decision making

The scope of this scenario is to demonstrate the added value of Open IACS infrastructure
in the area of information services for citizens, farmers and policy makers
and how Open IACS Linked Open Data Infrastructure can contribute to the re-routing of the traditional beneficiary journey and help
improving the general level of IACS ‘connectedness’, upstream and downstream.
A web application will be developed and information will be presented through a
geographical platform for visualizing agri-environmental information at different level of
territorial aggregation.

The data for this scenario will come from several specific services provided by Open IACS
infrastructure including:

•  The end-points data related to IACS and CAP.
• The HPC services in charge of processing the models for:
  • Land conver
  • Agricultural area
  • Agricultural area under organic farming
